Visit our Products page and choose the cylinder size you need. Add to cart, select your delivery option (home delivery or click & collect), and check out securely via Stripe or PayPal. Alternatively, call us on 0121 326 9972 and we'll take your order over the phone.
Your payment is split clearly into two components: the gas price (cost of the LPG in the cylinder) and a refundable cylinder deposit. The deposit is yours — it's held to ensure the cylinder is returned. First-time customers pay both; returning customers exchanging cylinders only pay the gas price. Deposits are clearly shown on every receipt and invoice.
Home Delivery: We deliver across Birmingham and surrounding areas. Standard delivery is next working day; same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm (subject to area). You'll receive a confirmation message with an estimated arrival window.
Click & Collect: Order online and collect from our depot at 582 Washwood Heath Road, Birmingham B8 2HF. Collection is available Every day, 6am–11:30pm. Bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.
When your cylinder is empty, return it to us. You can: drop it off at our depot during opening hours; leave it out for collection when ordering your next cylinder; or arrange a standalone collection (small charge may apply). Cylinders must be in their original condition — clean, with valve in place, no damage. You may return cylinders without ordering a replacement and still receive your full deposit back.
Your full refundable deposit is returned the moment your empty cylinder is received and verified. Cash refunds available at the depot; card refunds processed within 3–5 working days to your original payment method. No conditions, no deductions — your deposit is yours, always.
